This is what I wish every mom had bookmarked before 3am
The Sleepy Starts Sustainable Sleep Framework
Stop Googling your baby’s sleep at 2am.
Get clear, connection-focused answers—instantly.
The Sleepy Starts Search Bar gives you real-time guidance for what’s happening right now
so you can respond with confidence instead of second-guessing.
Search things like:
“Why is my baby waking every hour?”
“Is this a regression or something else?”
“How do I handle split nights without sleep training?”
All rooted in a holistic, attachment-focused approach to sleep.
This is what you’ll reach for instead of Google at 2am.
WHY THIS WORKS (WHEN GOOGLE DOESN’T)
If there’s one thing moms get good at, it’s searching for answers in the middle of the night.
But Google gives you:
Conflicting advice
Rigid schedules
Sleep training methods that don’t feel right
And somehow… you’re left feeling more unsure than when you started.
The Sleepy Starts Search Bar is different.
It’s built to give you:
Clear, grounded answers
Rooted in what’s biologically normal
Filtered through an attachment-focused lens
So instead of asking “Is this normal?”
you can actually move forward with clarity.
What you can search (and solve-FAST)
Instead of digging through articles, you can instantly search:
“Why is my baby waking every 1–2 hours?”
“Why are naps only 30 minutes?”
“Is this a regression or something else?”
“How do I handle early morning waking?”
“What’s causing false starts?”
“How do I transition sleep spaces gently?”
And get clear, connected guidance you can actually use—right away.
Rooted in Connection (Not Control)
Most sleep advice focuses on independence or quick fixes.
Sleepy Starts is different.
Sleep isn’t something you fix. It’s a relationship.
When your child feels safe, supported, and understood—sleep naturally becomes easier to navigate.
That’s why everything inside Sleepy Starts is built around:
Responsiveness
Connection
Trust
You will not find:
Cry-it-out methods
One-size-fits-all schedules
Pressure to ignore your instincts
What you will find:
Answers that respect your baby and your intuition
Guidance that works with your lifestyle (bedsharing, crib, contact naps, etc.)
Support through every stage—from newborn to toddler
Lifetime access: $89 (or $10/month - cancel anytime)
Less than the cost of one sleep consult—
but support you can use every single day (and night).
Designed for Real Life
Because this isn’t something you sit down and “study.”
It’s something you use.
Search answers at 2am without leaving your bed
Listen to audio guidance during contact naps
Read quick answers while rocking or feeding
Everything is:
Mobile-friendly
Easy to navigate
Built for real-life moments
Go Deeper (When you want to)
The Search Bar is your quick-answer tool.
But you’ll also get access to deeper support, including:
Course-style content that explains the why, optimized for mobile reading
Downloadable PDFs
Podcast-style audio lessons
So when you have time, you can build a deeper understanding—
without ever feeling overwhelmed.
Built on the Sustainable Sleep Framework
Every answer inside the search bar is rooted in the Sleepy Starts Sustainable Sleep Framework, which helps you understand:
What’s biologically normal
What might be contributing to disrupted sleep
How to respond without sleep training or separation
You don’t need to memorize it.
You just need to know how to search.
Because the hardest part isn’t the waking…
It’s the not knowing.
Not knowing if it’s normal
Not knowing if you’re doing something wrong
Not knowing what to try next
The Sleepy Starts Search Bar removes that layer—
so you can move forward with confidence instead of overwhelm.
Your Investment

Meet Katie - your baby & toddler sleep & development specialist!
In 2023, my baby girl arrived in a quick (20 mins quick. Ask me another day ha!). My husband and I had focused so much on preparing for the birth that we hadn't thought much about what came after. Suddenly, we were left to navigate life with a newborn, relying only on bits and pieces of advice we'd heard.
We knew "sleep training" didn't feel right to us, but we weren't sure why. We spent endless hours Googling wake windows, nap times, and how to get a baby to sleep in a bassinet when she simply wouldn't. After numerous appointments with various professionals, we discovered our baby had oral tie issues and extreme body tension from the fast birth. However, we soon realized that sleep is about much more than quick fixes. It's a relationship.
It took us a long time to create positive sleep associations after trying all the "gentle" separation techniques recommended online. Now, as a certified Baby-Led Sleep & Well-Being Specialist, I aim to educate attachment-focused parents on fostering a healthy relationship with their child while finding sleep rhythms that work for them. I'll help you sort through the noise and learn to trust your instincts.
